We’re a husband-and-wife team — a Chicago man with a love for smoky ribs and a Mississippi woman raised on Southern hospitality. Together, we opened our barbecue catering and takeaway business.  To serve one mission: feed the busy people who don’t have time to cook, but crave real, home-cooked flavor.

 

Our kitchen is where Northern boldness meets Southern hospitality. He brings the pitmaster techniques of the Midwest and central Texas; she brings the family recipes passed down through generations in Mississippi. We blend them into mouth watering barbecue that’s all about comfort, quality and convenience.
